A Log Cabin-style Bakery Popular Among Local Residents

Yeast Bread Kosajiichi is a log cabin-style bakery at a vantage crossing in the middle of Mt. Daisen. The bakery is popular among local residents. They offer spontaneously-fermented breads, using three kinds of homemade wild yeast and wheat flour from Iwate and Fukushima prefecture.
The owner couple had fallen in love with Mt. Daisen at first sight, and decided to close their popular bakery in Kansai region and move to Houki town. You can read their story from here (in Japanese).
